Terms & Conditions:

1.Exclude all builders work & electrical and take no responsibility for electrical and building issues after the installation.

1.2 Builders work-Minor patch work can be done around  Ac pipes exit hole.

1.3 If bricks or big chunks of cement break out, the client must organize repair work and payment.

1.4 Air conditioners cannot be installed above a window with a lintel.

 

Electrical:

2.1  All air conditioners needs a weatherproof isolator by the condenser (Not further than 1m away) with a separate power supply cable from the Db with a separate circuit breaker in the Distribution board. Amps and cable thickness depends on the Aircon size.

2.2 If any electrical cables or equipment gets damaged due to insufficient markings or labels when on site we will carry no cost and owner needs to arrange repairs.

Warranty:

3.1 No warranty can be given on 2^nd hand machines and only new parts installed by me will have a few months warranty and the state of the machine can void a warranty if it is bad or the system is contaminated due to incorrect practice from previous technician or wear and tear and acid build up in the oil.

3.2 New machines have different guarantees from 3-10 years.

3.3 If new machines fail due to not serviced once a year this can void the warranty.

3.4 If modifications is done to new machines warranty can also be voided.

3.5 Also take note that an air conditioner is designed to work in a closed room and would not be so effective in a big open plan area or thatch roof unless oversized in Btu’s.

 

Cost:

4.1 Quotes is only valid for 5 work days and prices can change without imediate notice due to rising material costs from suppliers.

4.2 There is a deposit of around 75%  (depends on job size & cost) on installations and once the deposit reflects into my account the job can start within a few working days (3-5).
